Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 8 oz prosciutto
  • 6 oz salami
  • 4 oz chorizo
  • 4 oz pt
  • 4 oz brie cheese
  • 4 oz blue cheese
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup fig jam
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Fresh grapes for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375F 190C

Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and arrange them on a baking sheet

Toast the baguette slices in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and crispy

Remove from the oven and let them cool

While the crostini is cooling, arrange the prosciutto, salami, chorizo, pt, brie cheese, blue cheese, and goat cheese on a serving platter or wooden board

Place the fig jam and honey in small bowls for dipping

Once the crostini slices are cool, arrange them on the platter alongside the charcuterie and cheeses

Add the mixed nuts to the platter for extra crunch and texture

Garnish the platter with fresh rosemary sprigs and a cluster of grapes for a beautiful presentation

Invite your guests to create their own crostini by spreading cheeses, adding charcuterie, drizzling honey or fig jam, and topping with nuts on the toasted baguette slices

Enjoy your Crostini Charcuterie station!
