Chicken Spaghetti



Chicken spaghetti is a comforting and flavorful pasta dish that combines tender chicken, creamy sauce, and a hint of spice from the diced tomatoes with green chilies. It's easy to make and perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or a potluck gathering.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can 10
  • 75 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente

Drain and set aside

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, diced bell pepper, chicken broth, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper

Mix well to combine

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving
