Ginger Peach Green Smoothie



This Ginger Peach Green Smoothie is a healthy and tasty way to start the day. When you mix sweet peaches, earthy spinach, and tangy ginger, you get a well-balanced flavor that is both satisfying and energizing. This smoothie is great for making quickly for breakfast or as a snack after a workout.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Chia seeds for garnish optional

Instructions:

Place the peach slices, spinach leaves, almond milk, Greek yogurt, fresh ginger, and honey if desired in a blender

If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, usually about 1-2 minutes

Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or ginger intensity if needed
